用滤纸圆片法和双层平板法测试六种不同品种红薯叶(SPGS—1,SPGS—2,SPGS-3,SPGC,SPRC,SPRS)的提取物对五种致病菌:大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、普通变形杆菌的抑制作用、结果发现SPGS—1、SPGS—2、SPGS—3和SPRS四种红薯叶提取物有明显的抑菌作用,其最低抑制浓度范围为0.4g/ml~1·0g/ml.
Abstract:Extracts from 6 species of IPomoea batatas Lam leaves have been determined for their bacteriostatic effects on five types of pathogenetic bacteria (Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus albus, and Proteus vulgaris) by using the methods of the filter paper disk tests and the dual-flat tests. It has been found that 4 among them (SPGS-1, SPGS-2, SPGS-3 and SPRS) have obvious bacteriostatic effects on the pathogenetic bacteria, with their lowest inhibition concentration ranging from 0. 4g/ml to 1. 0g/ml.
