复合食用中药减肥茶减肥作用实验研究

以山楂、荷叶、乌龙茶等为原材料配制成复合食用中药减肥茶 ,采用营养肥胖型大鼠 ,研究此减肥茶的减肥作用 .试验结果表明 ,与造模对照组相比较 ,给予减肥茶提取液的高剂量组体重下降极显著 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,低剂量组体重下降显著 (P<0 .0 5) ;高、低剂量组的脂肪指数和脂肪细胞体积都极显著减小 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;高、低剂量组的 TG下降显著 (P<0 .0 5) ,高剂量组的 TC也显著降低 (P<0 .0 5) .急性毒性试验结果显示 ,此减肥茶的 L D50 为 1 0 0 g/kg,属于无毒级 .实验结果提示本产品具有较好的减肥功效 ,毒副作用小 .

Abstract:

A compound fat-reducing tea was mainly made from Hawthorn,Lotus leaf and Oolong tea,and its anti-obesity action was studied on model rats with nutritional obesity.The experimental results show,comparing with obese control group,the body weight level in high dosage group of feeding extracting liquid of the tea decreased significantly(P<0 01),the body weight level in low dosage group decreased obviously(P<0 05);the fat index and lipocyte volume level in high and low dosage group reduced significantly(P<0 01);the TC level in high and low dosage group lowered apparently(P<0 05),the TG level in high dosage group also lowered obviously(P<0 05).The acute toxicity test indicated that its LD 50 was 100 g/kg.These results indicated that the compound tea is effective in fat-reducing,and with little or no toxicity.
