青霉素耐药性菌株的不断增多使这种传统抗菌素的应用日益受到限制,克服病菌的耐药性问题已成为世界性的难题.本文论述应用分光光度法测定了大蒜、石芽茶等15种中草药的提取液对耐青霉素细菌所产生的β-内酰胺酶的抑制作用.结果表明;石芽茶、大蒜、谷精籽、黄柏的提取液对β-内酰胺酶有不同程度的抑制效果.该结果为我国传统中草药的深度开发应用探索了一条新的途径,
Abstract:The application of penicillin the traditional antibiotic has become more and more restricted by the β-lactamase produced from the ever-increasing drug-fast strains. In this paper, studies were conducted on extracts from 15 medicinal herbals to determine their β-lactamase-inhabiting action. Experimental results obtained show that extracts from Bulbus Allii and Adinandra nitida Merr. ex H. L. Li and from two other herbals have been found to have different degrees of β-lactamase-inhabiting action.
