采用石墨炉-火焰原子吸收分光光度法,对湛江海域甲壳类、双壳类、头足类和鱼类等共7个品种体内5种重金属(Cu、Cr、Cd、Pb、Zn)含量进行测定,并根据相应标准对金属含量进行单因子污染评价以及食用安全评估.调查结果显示,重金属在不同种类海产品中的分布情况有所不同,被调查的所有海产品中各种金属含量均低于“海洋生物污染评价标准,”但是口虾蛄肌肉和杂色蛤软组织中Cd含量高于“人体消费卫生标准”.
Abstract:Determination was made of the concentrations of Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb and Zn in 7 species of crustaceans,bivalves,cephalopod and fishes purchased from Zhanjiang harbor by graphite-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(Perkin Elmer AA/800).Single factor contamination estimate in seafood and their edible security were measured referring to some certain standards.The results showed that there were some differences of heavy metals distribution in different species,and each metal content in all marine organisms in the experiments was under the"Evaluation standards of trace metal elements in aquatic organisms",but the concentration of Cd in the muscles of Oratosquilla oratoria and soft tissues of Venerupis variegate exceeded the"Healthy standards for human consumption"respectively.
