摘要:

副干酪乳酪杆菌MCC1849(Lacticaseibacillus paracasei MCC1849)是一株分离自健康成人肠道的益生菌,以其高效诱导白细胞介素-12(IL-12)分泌的核心免疫特性而备受关注.该菌株经热灭活处理后形成的后生元制品LAC-Shield,不仅具有良好的加工稳定性和贮存性,更被证实具有改善情绪、预防感冒和增强免疫力等多重健康功效.其作用机制涉及调节肠-脑轴功能、促进抗原特异性IgA分泌以及激活浆细胞样树突状细胞等多种免疫调节通路.本文系统综述了副干酪乳酪杆菌MCC1849后生元的生物学特性、健康功效、作用机制及食疗应用进展,并针对当前研究中存在的关键科学问题与未来发展方向进行了探讨,以期为后续研究与应用提供参考.

Abstract:

Lacticaseibacillus paracasei MCC1849 is a probiotic strain isolated from the intestines of healthy adults, notable for its core immunomodulatory characteristic of efficiently inducing interleukin-12(IL-12)secretion. The postbiotic product LAC-Shield, derived from this strain through heat inactivation, demonstrates excellent processing stability and storage durability. It has been proven to confer multiple health benefits, including mood improvement,common cold prevention, and immunity enhancement. Its mechanisms of action involve various immunomodulatory pathways, such as regulating the gut-brain axis, promoting antigen-specific Ig A production, and activating plasmacytoid dendritic cells. This review summarizes the biological characteristics, health benefits, mechanisms, and dietary therapy applications of the L. paracasei MCC1849 postbiotic. It also addresses current research limitations and future directions, aiming to provide a reference for subsequent research and application.
